Effective, maybe not as fast as Six Weeks but Helpful

The app takes a more "Strength" training approach which is different than other training programs ive seen. It has been effective for me (more so than anything else actually). It might not actually work in six weeks but it still is effective fast! Very easy and simple to follow!

Many people think that basic Situps and Crunches are all you need to get a six pack, eventually they get frustrated with poor results and give up.

Effective

I always thought all you had to do to get Six Pack Abs was Situps, but this app teaches you exercises that target the muscles surrounding your abs to reveal the abs underneath. Ive been able to get great results following this program!

BAD!!!

Unless you are really strong and can do a pull up or lift bars dont get this app this is not a app for girls you barely get any choices of what you can do and you are not going to lose weight off of this!!!

It depends

IF you have all the equipment this app requires is going to be great! Because what this app do is to show exercises that most people are not familiar with BUT the 99% of those, requires equipments. I wish they had have warnmed me, before me buying this and waste money just because i didnt know I had to have all those stuff
